Returns:
Vemayca LLC is confident that you will be happy with our products and we stand behind each one.  It is very important to us that you are fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from vemayca.com. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item(s), you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). You will receive an E-mail from us as soon as we receive your returned item(s). 
  
Refunds are processed within 30 days of our receiving the returned item(s).  The credit will show on your next bank statement depending on the issuing bank and/or the billing cycle. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. 

Your item(s) should be returned to Vemayca LLC at P.O. Box 1551, Bellevue, WA 98009-1551.  

Shipping:
Vemayca LLC uses USPS ground to ship items to U.S. and Canadian addresses.  All orders ship within 1 to 2 business days except during holidays.  Shipments are normally received within 7 days of placing an order. Please allow at least two weeks for Canadian orders to arrive.  We do offer an option to have your shipment expedited.  Customers will be notified of their delivery confirmation number or tracking number via E-mail. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for the package. 

We wish we could, but for now, we are unable to ship to international addresses, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories.

Colors

We have tried our best to accurately display the colors of our products on vemayca.com. Actual colors that you see depend on your computer screen or monitor.  We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colors of our products. 

Caring For Your New Cosmetic Bag
Vemayca cosmetic bags are machine washable.  Follow these instructions: 
1. Remove the Soft Pearl Liner from the inside of your cosmetic bag. 2. Wash the cosmetic bag separately using a mild detergent.  The delicate machine cycle using cold water is recommended.  3. Air dry your cosmetic bag.  4. Insert a new Soft Pearl Liner.  5. The old Soft Pearl Liner can be wiped down with a mild detergent and re-inserted too! 6. If the Soft Pearl Liner is replaced, please be sure to toss it in the recycle bin.
