A few years ago, as I was packing for one of my many business trips, I was upset that my favorite cosmetic bag had become so dirty inside. You know what I am talking about the mascara, powder and makeup stains that get layered inside of a makeup bag. Keeping it clean was a really frustrating challenge for me. I spent the next several minutes scrubbing away to get it clean. No matter how hard I tried, those ugly stains weren't coming out. As a busy mom and wife, I had more important things to do with my time and wondered why cosmetic bags didn't have liner that could be replaced. That would make things so much easier.

In 2007, I left the corporate world and decided to launch Vemayca cosmetic bags. And you guessed it. Our unique feature would be a liner that could easily be removed and replaced. A simple and sophisticated solution to one of life's little frustrations.
